Counselor, LPC-pending
Trauma-informed CareCurrent opening
I work with people navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, domestic abuse, PTSD, borderline personality disorder (BPD), psychosis, life transitions, and related challenges who are seeking a safe, supportive space to better understand themselves and regain a sense of stability and control. Many come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to cope with past experiences or current stressors, often struggling to make sense of their emotions or patterns. I support people through compassionate and client-centered care that prioritizes trust, collaboration, and respect for each individual.
I help you navigate complex mental health challenges by providing a safe, structured, and supportive therapeutic space. My specialty is in trauma-informed care, with a focus on helping process difficult experiences, regulate overwhelming emotions, and build a stronger sense of stability and self-understanding.
Reaching out can feel hard, especially if you’ve been carrying things alone. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore what you’re going through at your own pace. When you’re ready, I invite you to take that first step, I’d be honored to support you.
